Be kind and respectful

We expect all our guests to show kindness and respect to their fellow patrons and our staff/performers. We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying and discrimination of any kind.

Consent is key

We operate a safe space and ask that you refrain from unwanted physical contact with our performers and your fellow guests. We kindly ask patrons not to touch the performers unless you have asked consent to do so.

Please abide by the following house rules to ensure The Dragonfly Lounge remains a happy and healthy place for the community.

The Dragonfly Lounge operates a zero-tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police.

Children are welcome in the bar if accompanied by a responsible adult. However, our performances are not suitable for children unless indicated as family friendly on our 'What's On' section.

Please note we may ask proof of age on the door.

FAQs

Are dogs allowed?

We do allow dogs to our venue but we would suggest making sure the event you want them to bring them along to is suitable for your dog's behaviour and personality. Pets will not be allowed to enter on high capacity nights where noise levels would be unsutiable.

Is The Dragonfly Lounge accessible?

Yes we are! Our Venue is fully accessible and we also have a quiet area for people who need respite from noise, or if they feel over-stimulated. Our lovely staff will do their best to accommodate any access needs you may have, please let us know how we can help when you arrive. We ask those customers who may need assistance during an evacuation to make themselves known to our staff.

We love fabulous outfits, fierce lewks, and bold self-expression, but most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and confident. So dress up, dress wild, or dress how you like—just bring the attitude and the energy!
