Picking apart stories from history and her own life - from Queen Victoria’s alleged sex mania to the real origin of “the average Joe,” to Elliott’s own deranged obsession with making it into the tabloids - expect trademark thought-provoking waffle, impromptu showtunes and GCSE drama level special effects.

We're gathering some of Colchester's funniest people to tear each other apart in a series of savage Roast Battles, where friendships will be tested and low blows are the standard!
This time around we're opening the arena to a multitude of performers including drag artists, comedians, actors and sports players to keep things fresh, and I know our cast of hateful miscreants is gagging to bring comedy back to it's edgy worst!
Audience participation is encouraged, and we'll be asking you to scream for your favourite burns of the night. By the end of the show we'll crown a new winner of our coveted 'Golden Turkey Award', who will also take a cash prize and earn the bragging rights of being Colchester's most despicable performer!

We're delighted to launch the first event in our new series of free creative development workshops, designed to support performers, artists, and creatives at every stage of their journey.
Join Simon Kirk from Time Will Tell Theatre for Acting 101, an engaging and practical introduction to the fundamentals of performance.
Whether you're a drag artist looking to strengthen your stage presence, a cabaret performer wanting to connect more deeply with an audience, an experienced creative seeking to refresh your skills, or someone completely new to performing, this workshop is for you.
Through a series of fun and accessible exercises, you'll explore character, confidence, storytelling, stagecraft, and the tools performers use to bring their work to life.
No previous experience is required. Just bring your curiosity, creativity, and willingness to give it a go.
