Everyone at Dragonfly Merch Co. is dedicated to creating high-quality products and providing excellent customer service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or our service, please contact us with your comments. We aim to respond to all queries and complaints within 24 hours.
By using this site, you agree to the following terms of use.
We, Dragonfly Merch Co. ([www.dragonflymerch.co.uk]), reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
PRODUCT DETAILS
All product descriptions, dimensions, and colours are approximate. Due to the handmade or custom nature of many items, minor variations may occur.
Every effort will be made to supply your chosen product style, size, or design, but we reserve the right to supply alternatives of equal or greater value if your chosen item is unavailable.
Some products may contain small parts or materials unsuitable for young children; please read individual product information carefully.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
ORDER DETAILS
All orders are accepted when your payment card or online payment is successfully processed.
Any email acknowledgement of your order is confirmation of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right, at any time before acceptance, to refuse any order or request further information to verify payment details.
Orders are processed as soon as possible unless you select a specific delivery date at checkout.
Orders can only be cancelled if a future dispatch date is chosen and cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to dispatch.
To cancel, please contact us by email or through our website contact form, quoting your order number.
We reserve the right to remove or edit messages left on personalized products that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit due to extreme weather or mishandling after delivery.
Where products arrive damaged or faulty, we will either:
Replace the goods at no additional cost, or
Refund the cost of goods and any delivery charge, including reasonable return postage if required.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will substitute it with an alternative of similar design, colour, or value.
If you prefer not to receive substitutes, please note “No Substitutions” in your order comments — however, this may delay dispatch until the original item is restocked.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Deliveries may be made in one or more instalments using various courier services.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delivery dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays once goods have been dispatched.
We are not liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, courier delays, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
In such cases, payments will not be processed or will be refunded in full.
Please ensure you order with sufficient time to avoid disappointment.
PRICING DETAILS
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we are not obliged to honour any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Promotional offers, discounts, and voucher codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Discounts apply only to product prices, not to delivery or handling fees unless specified.
Free delivery offers apply to qualifying paid orders only.
If multiple promotions are active, only one can be applied per order.
GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a separate email containing your Dragonfly E-Gift Card.
If you provide a recipient email, they will also receive their gift card directly.
E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on [www.dragonflymerch.co.uk] as full or partial payment.
E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or redeemed for cash.
E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Lost, stolen, or deleted E-Gift Cards will not be replaced.
Where goods purchased with a gift card are returned, refunds will be issued as a new E-Gift Card.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Dragonfly merchandise!
If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For non-faulty items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided goods are unused and in original packaging.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once approved.
DATA PROTECTION
We respect your privacy and comply with all UK GDPR and data protection regulations.
Your personal information will only be used to process orders, improve our services, and (with your consent) send promotional offers.
We will never sell or share your data with third parties without permission.
LIABILITY
Except where prohibited by law, Dragonfly Merch Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products purchased.
Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
